At this time, due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

 

Damages omissions and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the box, receipt, and if needed, the broken item and provide your order number when contacting us. 

If your order was marked as delivered and you do not receive it please contact the carrier for a GPS scan of the delivered location.
