Shipping policy

All items are shipped via USPS or UPS mail. We currently ship to the US and Canada.
Current turn around times are available at the top of the website, and are subject to slight variations as we are a small crew.

Please note that once we have shipped your package and it has been scanned by either USPS or UPS, we are no longer involved in the shipping process. The carrier takes control of the package from there. Due to this, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed packages. If you suspect that your package meets one of those criteria, please contact the carrier for further assistance.

If your order was marked as delivered and you do not receive it please contact the carrier for a GPS scan of the delivered location.
