Description
Roasted green tea with full-bodied character and toasty caramel and cinnamon-like notes. Packaged into 1oz bags for ease of storage and preparation.
Easy preparation is achieved by placing 1 teaspoon of matcha per cup (or to taste) in a cup, adding a few drops of hot water and stirring with a chasen (matcha whisk) until a paste forms. Add the rest of the water and stir in z-shape to create a delightful green froth.
This matcha is sourced from the Kagoshima Prefecture in Japan.
